Loyalty Program Application for Mall

Background

Chatsworth Centre is undoubtedly part of the rich and diverse fabric of Chatsworth, playing an active and productive role in the community. The popular Chatsworth Centre, which houses approximately 150 stores, attracts over 1,3 million shoppers per month and is part of the Chatsworth CBD which houses a Post Office, Police Station, Fire Station, Chatsworth Administration Building, R.K Khan Hospital, Hare Krishna Temple of Understanding and the Mahatma Gandhi Gardens.Chatsworth Center wanted N-Tech to develop an application for Loyalty program with multi vendor login facility where vendors can create the Loyalty program, special offers which, customers can view & join the same and can get benefits.

Challenge

In an absence of the project scope, it was N-Tech’s responsibility to perform comprehensive research including competitive analysis for developing a Loyalty App for the client.

Client Requirement

Initially we have started by analyzing the client business process and vendors profile, we have analyzed loyalty program concept and prepared various other required analysis that help us to suggest best solution to the client. After analyzing the process we have prepared flow documents & wire-frame for the client to show the flow and concept of the application.

Client wanted Web Application for admin user & vendor user, as both users have different activities. Vendor can register and admin can approve vendor. Vendor can create “Loyalty program” and admin can approve the same. Vendor can create “Special Offer”, admin & vendor can view the performance of “Loyalty programmers” with various parameters (On Dashboard) Client wanted to develop Mobile application (BlackBerry 6, 7 & 10 and Android) for customers, where customer can register on app and can view all the running “Loyalty Program” by all the vendors, can join the same and can get benefits, we have implemented “Barcode Scan” feature for redeem “Reward”.

For the “mall check in” reward points, we have integrated “GPS” feature in mobile application, whenever customer will be within mall geo-fence, pop-up will indicate mall check in, if customer will “check in” then they will get some reward points and customers can use the same to get benefits.

Our developers & business consultant team have closely worked with the client to understand their requirement, our developer and business consultants have done R&D on project requirements, this helped us to provide suggestions & ideas to client and finally we have delivered best solution to our client.

 

Solution

We have delivered Web application for the admin & vendor user and Mobile application (BlackBerry 6, 7 &10 and Android) for the customers.

ADMIN PANEL: (WEB APPLICATION)

Admin Section

  1. Admin can approve the vendor (Admin can block the vendor)
  2. Admin can approve or reject the Loyalty program:
  3. Admin can track the loyalty programs. (On dashboard section)
  4. Admin can receive reports about the loyalty program. (On Dashboard section)
  5. Admin can create “Per Mall Check In” points and their benefits.
  6. Admin can send “Push Notification” message to customers.

Vendor Section

  1. Vendor can register with web application
  2. Vendor can create the “Loyalty Program” (with Barcode/Secret Code)
  3. Vendor can create the “Special Offer”
  4. Vendor can view the “Loyalty Program” performance (On dashboard)

Mobile Application (BlackBerry6, 7 & 10 and Android native app) - Customers

For the customer we have delivered BlackBerry6, 7 & 10 and Android native app, using this app customer can do following activities

  1. Can register with app.
  2. Can view vendor details, Loyalty program details, Special Offer details.
  3. Can join “Loyalty Program” and can get benefits of Loyalty program.
  4. Can view all the rewards customer has received
  5. Can get “Mall Check In” reward points and can used that points to get benefits.

Business Benefits

Loyalty program application is intended to be useful for the Chatsworth Center to manage Loyalty programs & vendors and attract more customers. For Chatsworth store owner it helps to promote new schemes and offers, and for Customer it gives one platform using native mobile application. Customers can view Vendor details, Loyalty program, special offers etc. and can get benefits using reward points.
