Situation
Client wanted N-Tech to develop a Point of Sale solution that would provide them with accurate and real time sales information from multiple stores, information can be managed and controlled from one central location with central database server. They require POS with ordering system with quick & easy to use.
The client was not only feeling the limiting effects of the outdated technology, but they were also come across continual problems with their original, unreliable software vendor.
The client wanted to drive its ground-breaking concept and build a product that would be attractive to restaurant owners and managers, but they knew that a completely new technology product – and a new vendor – would be required in order to make that happen. They looked to understanding Matrix to deliver a solution that was customized to their needs.
